We’ve assembled a sampling of feast-inspiring provisions from the family-owned McEvoy Ranch in Petaluma, creators of award-winning estate-grown olive oil and other small-batch farm-to-table delicacies: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Lemon Olive Oil, Classic Italian Bruschetta, Artichoke & Almond Tapenade, and Rosemary & Olive Oil Flatbread. And we had to include our favorite salumi, Saucisson Sec, handcrafted with our Estate Brut by Journeyman Meat Company in Sonoma.

The perfect bottle to uncork with this epicurean bounty? Our 2017 Late Disgorged Brut is luscious and layered with poached pear, honeydew melon, and notes of ginger and tarte au citron.
